Icelandic wool is dense, long fibre with a good lustre. As a result, it is well suited to combing. This is one of the best felting wools in the world as it is lightweight, water repellent and breathable. It is 34-36 micron with an average length of 90-100mm.
Perfect for hand spinning, hand felting and many other craft uses.
This "humbug" blend of White, Grey and Black Icelandic is minimally blended to produce a natural coloured striped effect.
